Design & Planning
We offer our clients comprehensive advice on the facility design to ensure the final product has all the required features and is fit for its intended use. In the early design stages we provide architects and engineers with the criteria they’ll need to accommodate during the planning process, including the infrastructure necessary to support the required systems and other building systems that would be unique to the facility.
Space & Equipment Design
We handle everything—budgeting, system design, drawings and specification packages, construction & contract administration, witness testing and final testing for systems including stage equipment, dimming & controls and audiovisual.
Operations Advice
Finally, we offer extraordinary assistance to owners during building handover and occupancy, as well as advice on efficient and economical operations, maintenance, and repairs at any stage of the building life cycle.
